Order Process Time & Rush Order

We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 Business Days of Order Receipt, during non-peak season.

During peak puzzle season (October through December) please allow 4-7 Business Days for processing.

Standard Shipping times apply to all non-expedited shipping options. If you need a rush order, please call us at 1-800-497-8697 to place your order.

Christmas Delivery Guarantee

Springbok offers a Christmas Delivery Guarantee for all UPS Ground shipment orders placed by midnight on December 15, 2024. Orders that qualify for free shipping will all ship via UPS Ground.

Need to rush an order? Please call us at 1-800-497-8697 to place your order, otherwise, it will not be processed until the next business day.

Once an order leaves our facility, the package is in the hands of the carrier.

$6.99 Flat Shipping for 2+ Springbok Puzzles

Orders with two or more Springbok Puzzles will be eligible for $6.99 flat-rate shipping! Only Springbok Puzzles qualify for this offer. This flat-rate shipping does not extend to Larsen Puzzles or Majestic Puzzles by Springbok.

It is a UPS option that appears in checkout as "UPS."

Please note: Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are excluded from Flat Rate Shipping.

Free Shipping

We know you're excited about your purchase and we want to make sure you receive it quickly! We now offer several different options for shipping your order. Plus, you'll receive FREE Shipping on orders of $59 or more.

FREE Shipping will be provided for destinations within the continental United States only. Delivery estimate calculated in checkout.

Please note: Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are excluded from receiving Free Shipping.

Route Shipment Tracking and Notification

Springbok partners with ROUTE to help you track your shipments and deliveries. You will be notified every step of the way as your Springbok order is shipped, transported, and delivered to you.

USPS

For those of you who choose the USPS shipping option, this service takes between 10 to 20 days for delivery.

Once an order leaves our facility, the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Alaska, and Hawaii

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping and may take between 10 to 12 days to arrive with the Ground option.

At Springbok Puzzles, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

The delivery option you choose
The weight of your items

You'll see your shipping cost listed on Step 3, the Shipping Options page, in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can continue through the checkout process.

Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Expedited delivery does not include Saturdays or Holidays. Shipments to a P.O. Box or APO locations will ship via USPS. UPS shipping is not available for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or the Yukon Territory. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses.

Delivery

Ground orders are processed and shipped in 2-7 business days and may take up to 8 business days to reach its destination in the continental United States, based on the shipping method selected.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at 800-497-8697 between 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST. Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order once it's shipped and we typically process orders very quickly, which is usually a good thing! You do have the option to return your purchase and you can contact us if you have questions about your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Address Corrections

If your order has not shipped we are happy to make any address correction changes at no additional cost. However, "Ship To" address changes or corrections after an order has shipped will incur a $17 charge. Please contact customer service at 800-497-8697 and send an email with the address correction requested. Customer Service will ask for credit card information to process the $17 address change charge. The $17 charge is a direct cost charged to Allied Products, Inc. for in-transit address corrections.

Easy Returns

If you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your puzzle purchase or ordered a duplicate, we will accept authorized returns of unopened products if notified within 5 days after receipt of your puzzle. To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-497-8697, or email info@springbok-puzzles.com with the subject line "Springbok Returns."

Defective Product

Springbok Puzzles takes great pride in the workmanship of our puzzles and the fact that they are produced 100% in the United States of America. This is why your personal satisfaction is our number one priority. We stand behind our products because we believe in the quality and workmanship of our puzzles, and we want to maintain a long, happy relationship with our customers. Our Customer Service staff will provide reliable, timely service so that we may ensure a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you experience a defect of material or workmanship with the puzzle, we will replace the same puzzle as long as it is a current item, in-stock. We value all of our loyal Springbok customers and wish to convey our sincere apology for the difficulty you may have experienced with your puzzle. Please follow the instructions below to receive a replacement puzzle.

Send the puzzle name, and the reason you are requesting a replacement.
Include the stamped Lot # and Date from the bottom of the puzzle box.
Cut the UPC “bar code” from the puzzle box and include it with the letter.
