About the Annual Springbok Image Contest
Each year at midnight on January 29, National Puzzle Day, Springbok Puzzles launches the Springbok Image Contest, where Springbok fans and photographers can submit their original, unpublished photographs. This year we received 3,000 entries!
But that's not all! The Grand Prize winner of the Springbok Image Contest will have their photograph turned into a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle and also receive a $500 cash prize! The Second Place winner receives a $250 cash prize. The contest is free to enter. Winners are announced in May on Facebook and by email.

2013 Springbok Image Contest
The 2013 Springbok Image Contest had almost 3,000 entries! This is the second year in a row that we have almost received double the amount of entries from the previous year! This made it harder than ever to pick the winning image, but we finally settled on "Sew Crafty" by Ada Montalvo. Congratulations Ada!

2012 Springbok Image Contest
The 2012 Springbok Image Contest had over 1600 entries, more than double the number of entries from our first year. Because of the strength of the photos, Springbok made the unexpected decision to make all three winning images into puzzles. The Grand Prize Winner of the 2012 Springbok Image Contest was John Razza with, "Spicy, Hot!". Martha Boers' "Grandma's Cookies" and Jennifer Headlee's "Twist of Color" both tied for 2nd place.
